2000 Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 311

Harvest Moon has been a great family yacht for the last four years we have owned her. She sails well and makes best use of light airs but still being able to take heavier conditions due to her ease of reefing and good sail controls.

Offering good, clean accommodation with two cabins and a large heads with shower for her length. The aft berth is huge and the forepeak with infiltration and storage throughout.

Her hull is a derivative of that on the Beneteau Figarro offshore racing boat so she shows good pace but in a controlled way. New mast and standing rigging in 2014, new boom in 2022 and recent sails she represents a 'ready to go' boat just needing the usual rub down and antifoul over winter.

General

A very well equipped yacht with heating, hot and cold water, cockpit shower, LED lighting, Later Raymarine electronics, Folding prop, bulb shoal keel and many more features making her ideal for the East Coast and Holland.

Keel stiffening added in 2003 by professionals, giving added strength where it matters.

Single line reefing, regularly updated running rigging and 10 year old standing rigging have kept her up-to-date. Last engine service for oils and filters 2023.

Volvo MD2020 from 2000 with shaft drive to folding propeller. 18Hp and reliable on the button starting.

2 x new engine mounts 2022.

Automatic Fire Extinguisher in engine compartment.

Additional Information

12v and 240v shore power systems. Immersion heater and engine heat for hot water. 3 x Solar panels charging through intelligent regulator to keep batteries toped up. 240v sockets in saloon.

2 x 110 AmpHour domestic batteries and 1 x 75 AmpHour engine start battery on separate but connectable circuit.

Teak to cockpit seats and swim platform on sugar scoop aft. Walkthrough seat for was of access. Pushpin with GPS and cradle for life raft.
