Hull and Construction

Aft cockpit deck saloon blue water yacht with dual helm positions, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, designed by Ian Anderson, built in 1984 by Southern Boatbuilding Co. Fin Keel with skeg hung rudder and protective fin-skeg rod.

Accommodation

Six berths in three cabins plus double or passage-maker single berth in saloon.
Forward cabin with a full-size double berth and lee cloths, fore hatch, opening ports and fwd. ensuite heads access via jack’n’Jill doors

Forward heads with basin and shower with pressurised H&C water, Jabsco heads, 2 large lockers, deck prism light, shower pump out and fan ventilation, holding tank and Whale black-water pump.

Multiple fan positions throughout the yacht for warmer climates. 

Pilot cabin to starboard with two single berths and lee cloths, deck hatch and access to fwd. heads compartment.

Galley to port with reconstituted stone work surfaces, stainless steel sink with pressurized H&C water, manual sea and freshwater pumps, large top-opening fridge compartment with cooler unit, integrated Microwave with Multi-oven & Steamer options. An ice-maker is available by separate negotiation. Gas stove with 3 burners, grill and oven.  New flexible gas hoses 2022.

Deckhouse saloon with below deck helm position with swivel seat to port. Navigation position with bench, large chart table, drawer and 2 lockers, saloon table and U-shaped settee to starboard with storage locker behind. Four opening and six fixed toughened glass windows. Sole access hatches to main hold, engine compartment and battery banks. Settee forms a single sea berth with lee cloth, or table lowers to make an additional full size double berth.
